Joseph Thabang Baleni is a Cape Town-based Strategic Human Resource Practitioner who founded JT William Consultations to bring professional, affordable HR support to South African SMEs. He has more than five years of management, consulting, and public sector experience, and his work spans the full HR lifecycle: payroll, employee and labour relations, dispute resolution, recruitment, training and development, and HR systems management.

He combines frontline public sector HR practice with private consulting. That combination lets him bring the rigour of a highly regulated environment to smaller businesses that usually can’t access it.
